Service

If you need service, it’s very important that you first complete the proper form below for Return Authorization. This enables us to track all items that arrive at and leave our location.

For Warranty Service -

Step 1) Complete and submit the form below

Step 2) Package the unit up & include the following Information        

              - Your First and Last name

              - Your Return Shipping Address

              - Daytime Phone number

              - Email address

              - Product name/model

              - Original/copy of sales receipt

              - Description of issue

Step 3) Ship your unit to the address listed below (Customer is responsible for maintaining tracking details of unit shipped to MarCum Technologies)

For Warranty Service Return Authorization, complete this form

(A copy of the original sales receipt should be included with warranty requests)

Once your unit arrives at our service center, you will receive an Email of its arrival. Please allow 7-10 business days plus shipping for returns. If billing is required you will be contacted by one of our technicians prior to work being performed.
