Shipping Methods & Timing

Shipping Timing:

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 48 hours during normal business hours. We do not guarantee same day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Our Shipping Carriers

USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. These estimates are based on the carriers website. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping partners from time to time to meet your needs.

• USPS Priority Mail Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 3-5 Business Days within the lower 48
• USPS Mail Express Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 1-2 Business Days within the lower 48
• USPS Ground Advantage Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 2-5 Business Days within the lower 48
• UPS 3 Day Select Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 1-3 Business Days within the lower 48  (Physical Address required for delivery)
• UPS Ground Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 1-5 Business Days (Physical Address required for delivery. Ground Shipping not available for Alaska & Hawaii.)
• UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 2 Business Days (Physical Address required for delivery. Allow 5-10 Business Days to Alaska. Allow 4-7 Business Days to Hawaii.)
• UPS Next Day Air Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 2-4 Business Days (Physical Address required for delivery. Allow 5-10 Business Days to Alaska. Allow 4-7 Business Days to Hawaii.)

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed during business hours. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Backorders

MarCum strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available when you order is processed will automatically be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s). If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder when the items become available. We do not process back orders. Visit MarCumtech.com to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

We cannot accept or process Will Call orders through MarCumtech.com or walk in orders at our New Hope facility. All orders must be placed online thru our website Marcumtech.com. 

Do you ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We do ship low weight orders (under 9lbs.) to Post Offices Boxes using USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options require a physical address for delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Do you ship to Internationally?

We only ship to USA and Canada.

All prices are in US Currency.
