Your are responsible for all shipping costs for your system to MarCum and maintaining any tracking details.

You must ship in your system for service. The MarCum Factory is not open to the general public.

You may ship to us by US Mail, UPS, FedEx, or Spee-Dee.

ULTRA LIVE DIAGNOSTIC NOTE: This cost will cover the diagnostic of your system and any parts needed up to $300. You will be contacted for additional payment if additional charges apply. Typical additional Ultra Live charges on top of the diagnostic fee: Control boards: $200. Ultra Live Transducer: $500.
