CAMERA DIAGNOSTIC NOTE: This cost will cover the diagnostic of your system and any parts needed up to $65. You will be contacted for additional payment if additional charges apply. Typical additional camera charges on top of the diagnostic fee: Control boards: $25-$75. Recon Cameras: $65-$110. Pursuit Cameras: $95-$150. LX-9 Camera: $150. Sit n’ Fish Cameras (Quest, Mission, Explorer, VS485c, Legacy Systems): $95-$230.
***MarCum Technologies does not accept checks. If a check is received, we will void the check, mail it back to you and contact you for payment via credit card.***
2. Package your system to be mailed:
If sending a sonar system: send just the head unit and transducer (unscrew from the base).
If sending a camera system: send everything except the battery. (no need to remove batteries from pocket cameras)
Place parts in a box with bubble wrap or other suitable packing materials. If you feel you are having issues with any other part of your system, please include those parts as well.
NOTE: Please do not ship an external battery. There is no need to remove the batteries from products that have internal batteries. (Pursuit/Recon Cameras, Lithium Shuttles or Wireless Camera Panners)
3. Get your system to MarCum:

The MarCum factory location is not open for walk-in customers.
You must ship in your system for service.
4.What to Expect:
Please allow time of shipping and at least 3 business days once the item has arrived before inquiry. Once the item has been assessed you will receive an e-mail that the system has been checked in for service and estimated repair time. Typical turn around time is usually 8-10 business days. Once the system has been repaired, you will receive an e-mail stating what was repaired and an additional e-mail with tracking information once it has shipped.
